Dr. Weston provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents, teens, and young adults. Social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties can prevent young people from living the life they desire. Dr. Weston uses a collaborative and strength-based approach to help her clients explore their personal identity, process their experiences, build insight and skills, and develop goals to achieve a greater sense of well-being.

Dr. Weston has experience working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-injury, autism spectrum disorder, and other learning difficulties. Additionally, Dr. Weston works with individuals struggling with chronic illness and other medical conditions.
