Amber is a second-year counseling psychology doctoral student at Marquette University. In addition, she obtained her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at MU. Amber believes that a strong sense of spirituality is integral to optimizing wellness. Therefore, she invites her clients to integrate their spiritual beliefs and values into their mental health treatment if desired.

Amber specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy but is flexible and willing to incorporate other methods to fit her clients’ unique needs. Some of her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, attachment issues, anger issues, insomnia, negative body image, OCD, trauma, and grief.

Amber is comfortable serving individuals within various developmental stages, including adolescence through older adulthood.
