I am a Wisconsin licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience treating individuals ages 18 and above. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for one and all. My hope is to provide treatment that is supportive, compassionate and collaborative. I endeavor to understand my clients’ struggles and tailor a comprehensive treatment plan that best meets their needs.

My approach is evidence-based, drawing upon my training and experience in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused models. I have specialized training working with caregivers as well as with older adults undergoing lifespan challenges. I am also deeply committed to and interested in treating LGBTQAI+ individuals, as well as persons of color and those of varying nationalities and creeds.

I welcome individuals dealing with a host of presentations, including adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, recent or remote trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, and others. I offer open, honest feedback coupled with empathy and an invitation to explore, to learn and to grow.
