Things can seem out of focus when we are overwhelmed by thoughts, feelings, trauma, or the reality of change. I provide a space for your voice to be heard and aim to provide a safe and healing atmosphere for those that walk through my door. 

I take a person-first approach to therapy. I work with children 5+, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy focusing on LGBTQIA+ life, mood (depression, anxiety, panic), grief, pre and postpartum concerns, and life transitions. I also provide diagnostic clarification through formalized .
