Vanessa is a third-year doctoral student who works with adults, children, and adolescents. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, interpersonal difficulties, behavioral difficulties, identity, and self-esteem.

Vanessa works collaboratively with her clients employing a variety of approaches. Furthermore, Vanessa utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to develop coping and interpersonal skills as well as to explore identity, values, and the presenting problem.

Vanessa employs a person-centered approach to collaborate with her clients to meet their goals and tailor treatment plans to their values.
